Having this information readily available in an emergency saves time - and it could save your life.
Glenwood Retirement Community is offering a free medical alert program designed with you in mind. The Fridge Alert Card, which is kept in a red plastic pocket labeled "Fridge Alert," lists such information as emergency medical contact, health problems, medications and allergies.  The entire pocket is held, with a magnet, to the outside of the refridgerator.
